Stephanie Nascimento, RN

(Registered Nurse & co-owner)

Stephanie worked on the Medical-Surgical floor at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital in Vermont for several years serving patients who were greatly affected by obesity and obesity related conditions. She quickly realized a passion for helping people who were struggling with obesity and burdened by the effects of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.

Her mission became to help educate and inspire people to take control of their lives. Stephanie is dedicated to helping others find their well-being through proper nutrition, coaching and empowering patients.

Stephanie continues to serve as a Nurse in Hospice at the Fisher Home in Amherst, MA. In her free time you’ll often find Stephanie with her three children, inspiring them to stay active by adventuring the great outdoors. In addition, Stephanie enjoys gardening, yoga and cooking.
